Candidates should therefore get acquanted with the free and paid information flow between jobsites and agencies. In most of these exchanges, candidates are not always notified. For example, agency will dowload a certain number of resumes for a certain recruitment assignment. while only one candidate will be given the job, the other candidates' CVs are kept internally for future openings and may be sent to other agencies for the same purpose. This is the way most resumes are sourced. The Way We Use Information: CVCanal does not have any offline databse of candidate. All our CVs are continuesly transfered to our partner site's online databse called www.diaspocareers.com". By sending or applying to a job at CVCanal (whether by email, phone, fax, mail or in person), candidates agree with our information management policy and procedures. This policy is as follows: Any CV that is sent to CVCanal Consulting, regardless of the source, if approved, is directly transfered to our partner site's online databse called www.diaspocareers.com". We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order or request an information only to complete that order or provide you with the information requested. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to send the product and to confirm delivery.
