candidates; Obtain the maximum information on
their background, aspirations, their
professional skills, knowledge and
personalities;
We then evaluate their
knowledge, experience and skills against the
client’s industry, objectives and the challenges
of the position.
This stage also involves
professional and aptitude tests: We give them a
short oral assignment on how they believe they
would handle the challenges of the position and
how their approach, skills and experience would
contribute to the attainment of the employer’s
corporate objectives.
Having all these analylitical
tools, we evaluate each candidate’s profile
against the client’s corporate vision,
objectives as well as the expected outcomes and
challenges of the position. We conclude the
selection with (1) a confidential report for
each candidate,
(2) and a general compatibility report comparing
all the short-listed candidates.
