In the wake of the global financial crisis and as the company seeks to diversify its services, DiaspoCareers has embarked on a rationalization process and is focusing more on its MEA operations.

DiaspoCareers will legally function as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) also known as Société à Responsabilité Limitée (SARL), but in South Africa as a close corporation. The company was initially registered in 2007 as a Close Corporation (cc) under the name Cvcanal Consulting. Since December 2009, DiaspoCareers has incorporated Cvcanal Consulting, and has become the official name of the company. Since Cvcanal Consulting is now an Outsourcing Division of DiaspoCareers, DiaspoCareers LLC will provide both:

1. Talent Outsourcing services for clients in search of hard-to-find candidates sourced locally, internationally and in any African country, and

2. Specialised online networking career services through which companies, hiring managers, recruiters, hard-to-find executives internationally and B2B interact in a very secure and completely confidential environment. The existing website is still currently under construction and will soon be launched this year.

For both activities, online networking recruitment and talent outsourcing, DiaspoCareers will continue to focus on multinational corporations, agencies, executive search firms and all economic operators with operations across Africa and the Middle East (MEA). Call us to find out more.
